Later, the arena was released for a third time as the Champions of the Arena BattleBox Playset, and was exclusive to Toys "R" Us. Champions of the Arena BattleBox Playset The Champions of the Arena BattleBox Playset. Strangely, however, the set featured robots from different weight divisions. The arena was packaged with both Diesector and Tazbot Grip N' Grappler toys, both of which were coincidentally made by Donald Hutson. The BattleBox set was re-released as the Ultimate BattleBox Arena Playset. An array of transparent wall panels were included and could attach around the outside of the BattleBox, with openings near the red and blue starting squares to allow for the toys' pull triggers to rest. In addition, the BattleBox set featured sound effects from the real show.
